Creating a plan that works for you

I believe that there are many different paths that clients can take to create a healthy lifestyle, but in any path chosen, the focus is on creating new habits that support your goals. I encourage my clients to make small changes, over time, in a consistent manner. I don't offer "6 week transformations”, not that I don't believe that stunning things can happen in 6 weeks, but I am more interested in setting my clients up for 6-YEAR successes!
